Folding Knives
A vast choice of models
The folding knife is the practical knife par excellence. Hunting knife, opinel, Swiss Army knife, collector's knife, military knife, fishing knife, tactical or survival knife, everyday knife (EDC), the folding knife can be used for all purposes, indoors and outdoors.
Nowadays, knife makers all offer a mixed catalogue of fixed and folding knives. However, some brands specialise in folding blades. These manufacturers offer opening systems (most of them patented) which always try to reconcile design and fluidity of opening. As for the fixed knife, the folding knife is accessible to all budgets. We can mention in particular: CRKT, LionSteel, Cold Steel, We Knife, the unavoidable Benchmade and Spyderco but also the rising and very promising brands like CJRB and CIVI. It is difficult here to quote only a few of them as each knife maker has beautiful models of folding knives to propose. It is up to you to discover them in this category!
Our catalogue presents the great variety of existing models. The types of blades, the materials and colours used, the steels, the functionalities are all variables that make up the different models of knives. This is why it is very important when choosing your folding knife to define the use you will make of it. At Tellknives Swiss Cutlery we will advise you at all times to select the most functional folding knife for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. We are at your disposal and will answer you quickly.
FAQ
In Switzerland, some knives are considered weapons. Customers must therefore be very careful when making purchases. The Swiss Weapons Act governs the acquisition of weapons on Swiss territory, and we only offer knives in our catalog that are not considered weapons under the Swiss Weapons Act. Possession of the online models offered in our shop is entirely legal. The only condition applying to the purchase of cutlery from our shop is that you must be over 18.
Yes, all items available on tellknives.ch are not considered weapons in Switzerland. Anyone over 18 years of age can buy a knife online without applying for an acquisition permit (PAE).
Delivery times are 5 to 7 working days. However, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that this delivery time may be longer. As cutlery is a highly regulated business, our imports are regularly subject to controls in accordance with the Law on Arms (LArm, 1997). These controls may slow down the delivery of orders to our customers.
